Tender Kisses Nursing Care was founded by Roslind Harper, DrPH. MHA. BSN. RN., in 2020. She has over 23 years of nursing experience primarily focused on child/maternal health and community healthcare needs including visiting newborns and families in their homes, shelters, and transitional living facilities to provide nursing care. Roslind is very passionate about advocating for the elimination of health care disparities in all populations. As well as promoting equitable, culturally appropriate quality healthcare, and educating families so they're empowered to manage their health and well-being, while also helping families become successful in achieving “generational health”. It was Roslind's vision to start an organization of registered nurses that can make home visits to provide a nursing assessment of infants and new parents and to provide education for families. Roslind currently lives in Kapolei with three of her eight children and six of her twelve grandchildren.
